On-Site Callout Service
Our callout service is ideal for computer maintenace and on the spot repairs, also for the setup of broadband, networks, printers, digital cameras, scanners and other peripherals.
One of our trained computer technicians will call at your home or office at a pre-arranged time to provide support or effect a repair or upgrade on-site.
Weekday Rates 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
- Standard Callout Charge.. £30 - includes first 60 minutes labour

Weekday Out of Hours Rate 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday

Local Collect & Return Services
Our local collect and return service is ideal if you want your computer picked up from your home or office and repaired or upgraded and returned to you. After your computer has been collected and examined we will give you details of the work to done and a cost for the work. Once we have your approval to proceed we will begin work and get your computer returned to you quickly.

Computer Health Check
Keeping your computer up-to-date and secure is very important and it needs constant care and will become slower and start to have problems if not maintained regularly.

Virus & Spyware Detection and Removal
A computer virus or spyware problem is a major security risk and puts you and your computer in danger of identity theft, computer hijacking, email blacklisting and blocking by your ISP.
We will check for and remove all computer viruses, malware and spyware and install anti-virus and anti-spyware software which will automatically be updated when new threats are detected. If you use the Internet we will also make sure that your firewall settings are appropriate for your Internet usage.

The anti-virus and anti-spyware software includes the first years subscription, after 12 months a further subscription will be necessary to continue protection - we can provide subsequent cover at a discount.
Data Recovery
It is an awful moment when you delete a file or your computer stops working and your valuable data is not accessible or might even be lost or damage. Our data recovery service retrieves delete files and repairs or recovers data on your hard disk.
We can try to recover deleted files and hard disks that have become corrupt due to hard or soft faults and provide backups of data on CD and DVD.

UK Courier & Return Services
Our UK Courier and Return service is ideal for non urgent repairs and upgrades, we use national courier networks DHL, City Link and Parcelforce to collect your equipment from your home or office. Once we receive you computer it will be examined and we will give you details of the work to done and a cost for the work. Once we have your approval to proceed we will begin work and get your computer returned to your home office by courier.
